Where is Afton Self Storage located?
Afton Self Storage is located at 200 Afton Mountain Road, Afton, VA 22920.
Am I required to store long-term?
Store with us short or long-term. We offer month-to-month leases.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month.
Are there any late fees?
A late fee of 15% of your rent is applied on past due accounts on the 11th of the month.
Is there a deposit? Is it refundable?
There is a $25 deposit and it is refundable.
How much notice is required before I vacate?
10 days to two weeks’ notice is required.
What security features do you offer?
Not only is our facility fully fenced and gated with controlled entry, but we’ve invested in 24-hour digital video surveillance. Our units are also well-lit.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
